For those with TomTom & preferably the Paste addon, here are some locations I found. This is not a comprehensive list, just ones I have personally seen:

/way 40.23 42.5 Infested Cache - Ledge of building (not on ground)
/way 35.10 18.78 Infested Cache - Above ground near jutting out wall
/way 40.45 44.22 Infested Cache - Next to wall behind orange/yellow egg sacks
/way 39.69 23.54 Infested Cache - On tower near quest givers on ledge. Shows up only when in air/flight.
/way 24.49 60.76 Infested Cache - Next to tent near egg sacks
/way 32.73 47.66 Infested Cache - Bottom of ramp
/way 38.77 40.18 Infested Cache - On top of pyramid near egg sacks
/way 27.48 64.11 Infested Cache - Off to side of questgiver Mender Dyrin near wall
/way 31.52 15.15 Infested Cache - Northwest Obelisk of the Moon (outside, not inside)
/way 19.83 65.12 Infested Cache - Inside tent next to pirate flag
/way 31.17 67.95 Infested Cache - Next to wall on ground
/way 31.33 30.78 Infested Cache - Behind the mini-assault boss
/way 36.30 23.25 Infested Strongbox - Underground near quest givers. Requires Aqir Relic key but counts towards Wastewander supplies quest.

Look for the silver treasure icons on your mini-map. Fournitures bat-le-désert aren't in wood crates, but in chests called Infested Caches. Slow spawn rate.
