Just got this done today! It gives you N'zoth eyes in your Eyesockets, lasts for 10 Min with a CD of 30 Min! I'll try to get a Screenshot up!

EDIT: Submitted a screenshot! The eyes move independently so you can get some cross-eyed looks!

If you want to farm this without wasting too much time, wait until the "Kill 6 foul observers" daily in Uldum is up, and go there on as many alts as you can (only really good on a high pop realm). I farmed several characters during these times and I'd average a kill every 5-10 minutes or so, sometimes I would log more alts and 2 gazes would just be up waiting to be killed. Then of course if you get the right part, take those to Will next week for a chance at the other one - I usually wait up till an hour for him and not many people make groups so it doesn't seem as good to camp for.

To get this toy you need to combine Œil droit omnivoyant and the Œil gauche omnivoyant. The Œil gauche omnivoyant drops from the Will of N'zoth during the Black Empire Assault in Vale of Eternal Blossoms, while the Œil droit omnivoyant drops from Gaze of N'Zoth during the Black Empire Assault in Uldum. Both have a really low drop chance (1.9% or so). The items are soulbound once you loot them, so you can't mail them to an alt or main who has the other half. A single character must obtain both sides in order to combine them into Yeux omnivoyants. Why they are not account bound is ridiculous to me.

These are not really visuable on Demon Hunters sadly.
As they have normal eyes with a fel flame animation infront of them, hiding the real eyes.

If you look real close you can peek through the flames and see the eyes, barely.

Holy crud this toy is a trip.

On my Night Elf Demon Hunter, the eyes are poking out through the cloth bandage over her eyes. And the eyes are crosseyed. Hurr durr.

Also, on my Shadow Priest, in shadowform your body is semi-transparent, so you can see the complete spheres of the eyes inside the skull.

They didnt think this toy through very well. disappointing for such a PITA item to get.

Is there a chance that your account, no matter what character, can only possess 1 of each of the halves? I got the Right Eye after 2 attempts in Uldum right after that patch dropped on my main and the Left Eye on an alt after 34 attempts and have been farming them daily since without another seen on any of my 7 characters. Kinda got me wondering...

Finally got this today. Disappointed it only lasts 10 min. It should be 30 min cd with a 30 min effect because it's so dern difficult to get... ;-;

Just confirming. When the correct Assault is up on the Vale of Eternal Blossoms the Will of N'Zoth (53 / 62) rare is available to kill. About 45 to 50 minute timer. This has the chance to drop the 'Left Eye'. Took me about 60 kills (2% drop chance so thats fair). I ended up with 4 'Corrupted Tentacle' pets which sold for about $50K each

You then need to go Uldum and await the correct Assault is up there. If so the Gaze of N'Zoth (55 / 51) will be available. This has the chance to drop the Right eye. For this to spawn you need to kill all the surrounding tentacles. I'm not sure how many kills as I had this eye not too long after this zone launched

When you have both eyes combine to get the toy

Problem. Each eye is Soulbound. So realistically only one toon should go for it. Took me over a year. Happy hunting

This took years to get this and it finally happened in Dragonflight. Hopefully it doesn't take the rest of you that long!

Finally.... its over.... Worst toy experience from Blizz though. 2 parts with low drop rates to create one toy with an effect I can't even see without zooming in without my helmet on is lackluster lol.

Dragonflight and beyond method (though, worked since BFA, just faster now).

1) Have a few alts (unless 1/50 chance, x2, on a rotating zone opportunity, on your main only, sounds fun).
2) Rotate alts through the assaults with either rare drop you’ve yet to get.
3) Even if you get a drop on one alt, continue to rotate other alts for the same drop (reasoning below).
4) Repeat. A lot.

Basically, to up your odds (again, 1/50 chance per day, per rare, per assault needed), rotate your main and any alt capable and go after the eyes. Even if you get a drop, farm the same rare with other alts! The point being, for every other drop you get, you now have X chances more for the other, per rotating assault. I had 2 Gaze eyes and 1 Will eye, all on different alts. My main never got either. Took an alt to get the second eye (who had the other) so again, farm both assaults with all capable alts, daily while up.

Will of N’zoth is worse, given it’s a fixed timer, but 2 things will help with Will…
One, get NPCTime as surrounding mobs usually get pulled into combat with Will so as they respawn quicker, you can get a bead on Wills respawn using their uptime after their respawn. No need to just sit there. NPCTime is a must for any collector.
Two, farm Will in Warmode. You’d be surprised how often Will is just up in WM, untouched.

And in WM, The Forgotten may be up. Always kill it too as the pet it drops is worth around 100k. Sold 4 by the time I had this toy… and 3 corrupted tentacles from Will.

The eye from the Gaze in Uldum is far simpler (same chance, just easier daily) as you can force the spawn as noted in comments. Just takes time but will happen every day the assault is up if you murder them. But even if you get the eye from Will or Gaze, don’t stop farming on alts. Farm both spawns with as many characters as you can muster.

Took me 4mo with this method once I rotated alts. I was doing it with just my main since mid-shadowlands and never saw either drop. Alts to expedite in DF. Otherwise, the tips above will help with just a main.

Just got it, farmed it with 3 accounts for about 2 months - the eyes can't be traded in group so you have to be blessed. Good Luck.
