Les purians mûrs peuvent être trouvé un peu partout dans Bastion et vous servent à ouvrir les différents Coffre renforcé en argent près des statues de régisseurs.
Pour cela, il vous suffira juste de placer le purian dans le petit bol à côté de l'autel et un petit Régisseur reconnaissant viendra vou-hou apporter la clef !

Cependant, pour ouvrir le Coffre doré du régisseur, il vous faudra d'abord parler à Elios pour qu'il vous indique qui est le régisseur du jour qui est mit à l'honneur. Vous devrez donc apporter votre purian à ce cher petit hibou pour qu'il vou-hou donne la Clé dorée de régisseur, avec laquelle vous pourrez donc ouvrir le coffre du Repos du Héro. Apparemment, parler à Elios vous indiquera également sur votre carte où se trouve le régisseur du jour pendant environs 10 minutes.

ATTENTION : Il vous faut compléter Les fruits des dieux donné par Elios pour pouvoir recevoir les différentes clefs et ouvrir les coffres!

A limited duration consumable, ripe purian can be found all around Bastion. Twinkling with a sparkle indicating that you can interact with it, you might see one lying on a table or sitting in a barrel. I've submitted a screenshot for easier identification. Firstmourne's Bounty just below Hero's Rest is a great place to look first. If you're having trouble finding any during your adventures, the Steward guardians watching over the Silver Strongboxes -- see below for more information -- grant you Heightened Olfaction which reveals the locations of ripe purian on the mini map for five (5) minutes.

/way 43.16, 15.75 'Easy to Find' Steward Guardian

This delicacy is used you to unlock special buffs and treasure boxes found in Bastion. The treasure boxes appear on the world/mini map but only while certain Sanctum Callings are active in Bastion.

In the case of the Silver Strongboxes, you simply place a ripe purian in a nearby tribute bowl. A short while later, an Appreciative Steward will arrive and reward you with a Steward's Silver Key. Use the key to open the box and loot what's inside.

Some treasure boxes may require a bit more effort like the Steward's Golden Chest in Hero's Rest. Talk to the steward Elios who stands nearby and it will identify the name and location of a special steward for the day. Visit the special steward and offer a ripe purian to receive the Steward's Golden Key. Return to Hero's Rest and then use the key to open the chest and loot what's inside.

I found a Ripe Purian in Agthia's Repose up in the hills a bit north of Aspirant's Rest. Then go way to the back of the repose and look for the fruit there. Do not confuse Tasty Purian found in the offering bowls of the Mnemonic Locus with Ripe Purian. Not the same thing.

You can find Purian mûr inside Purian mûr on the ground/tables all over the Bastion.
It is required to unlock some zone treasures.

Coffre renforcé en argent located in several parts of the map.
They have the same mechanics,

Bring the Purian mûr to the Coffre renforcé en argent
Put it on the Tribut near the treasure chests
Steward appears and rewards you with a Clé d’argent de régisseur
Use the key to open the chest
Coffre doré du régisseur Special chest in the Hero's Rest
Works the same way as previous treasures, but Elios will mark Stewards of the day and you will get the key from him

If you don't have the Purian mûr, can come close to any Coffre renforcé en argent treasure chest
And it will highlight you the location of items on the map

I guess players missing them completely haven't had a problem with long/no respawn, it looks like Purian mûr are only active when Covenant Calls include treasures.

As mentioned before getting close to Coffre renforcé en argent locations (even if already looted or treasure not active that day) applies Odorat surdéveloppé to your character and you'll will be able to see positions of active Ripe Purian fruits on the map for 5min. (The buff didn't show fruits when no Calling including treasures was active). The 5min timer will restart when you re-log on a spot where you got it.

Here are the coordinates of a treasure loacation that you can reach/leave without doing weird things so maybe a good spot to get your 5min buff:

If you are having trouble finding Purian mûr to place in a tribute bowl, try completing Les fruits des dieux and subsequently La plus douce des offrandes given by Elios in Hero's Rest, Bastion.

Once you've completed these quests, you will be able to see Purian mûr on your minimap when you have the buff Odorat surdéveloppé. I was able to get the buff by walking near a tribute bowl next to a Coffre renforcé en argent.

Edit: some commenters have said completing these quests is not necessary, which is awesome! I had trouble finding these fruits on beta until I did the quests, so I will leave my comment up in case anyone else runs into the same issue.

Make sure to grab multiple Purian fruits, don't go to a steward with just one.

Sometimes there's a bug and you have to give them more.

There at at least two kinds of Purian mûr, that is the one you want.

There is also Purian mûr which can be found on the AH, and will not help with this chest.

The duration of newly picked up Purians isn't added to the whole stack. If you have 1 Purian with a 1 day left on its duration, looting a new one will make both of them a 1 day duration.

There has to be some other condition to how the Purian spawns.
I have been going from temple to temple whole day (turtle as well) and haven't found a single Purian.

Could it be that they can only be found/looted when there's a calling in Bastion?
Whatever it is for sure there seems to be days when they just don't spawn at all.

If you loot new Purian mûr while you still have old ones the whole stack will have the old one "expiration date". But there is a trick to "keep them fresh": instead of throwing away the "old stock" put them in bank, get some fresh Purian mûr and after that recover the old ones from bank (add the old over the new ones) and all stack will have the new "expiration date".
LE: if you have your old stack of Purian mûr with you and you stumble on a new one, open it BUT DO NOT LOOT IT (just make sure, if possible, there isn't someone else waiting to loot it as you leave it). You will receive it later in the mail. Then you put the old stack in the bank, get the fresh one from the mail and place the old on top of the new ones as stated above. Refreshing...

Guys, these spawn literally all over the place in temples, no need for coordinates, but they ONLY spawn when there is a calling in Bastion.

Found another at 31.57, 33.16 on a table in Transfer Station Ta.

You won't be able to see or interact with Purian mûr at all until you've completed Les fruits des dieux.
Once completed, you can find a bunch around Firstborne's Bounty near Baedos.

These can be used to open Coffre renforcé en argent which can contain Régisseur acrobate or to obtain blessings for the Soyez béni ! achievement.

Do you have to be in the Bastion's covenant? I put a ripe purian in the bowl where Elios indicated & nothing happened. No key, and the golden lockbox is still locked. :(

Another awful quest. Tedius to just find any fruit? if someone retrieves fruit at one loc i wonder if it just despawns for a while, therefore making it impossible to find fruit without searching every location. its just stupid and tedious. I'm trying to farm anima through dailies and treasures mostly. And it just is no fun, this is why many are walking away. I have so many items i want to get with anima but having to upgrade the hall there is nothing left to spend. Some items are 5k anima or more. I don't see how I will ever collect some let alone all. I'm so disappointed by this expansion.

If you are Kyrian covenant this quest takes a lot less time. Travel Network helps as well. On the table next to the innkeeper across from the anima NPC their is Ripe Purian. I am not sure on the respawn time, I picked up two from the table within 10 minutes.
