Note: you need collect/interact with all 7 Mercia's Legacy Chapters to summon this rare (ascending order).

After interact with all 6 chapters Echo de Mercia will spawn at the mid room. Speak with her to get the buff Regard humble, if you lose this buff for some reason speak with Echo de Mercia again.
You need this buff to find L’héritage de Mercia : chapitre VII.
L’héritage de Mercia : chapitre VII have chance to spawn around all Temple of Humility.
For now we find L’héritage de Mercia : chapitre VII in two locations:

/way 65,07, 41,38

After get L’héritage de Mercia : chapitre VII back to Echo de Mercia and offer the tome to spawn Collectionneur Astorèstes.

Collectionneur Astorèstes is located in the Le Bastion Terrace of Inner Grace zone.

Collect 6 Mercia's Legacy Chapters in the room in order from 1 to 6
After you enter the room from main east entrance and move from left to right clockwise ( 6 is east and 12 is west)

After you collect all the scrolls speak with Echo de Mercia and get 2 mins buff Regard humble
You can always refresh the buff if you are low on time, just dont forget that you need to have it in order to see the last scroll
Now you need to find final L’héritage de Mercia : chapitre VII and it's random spawn in the area outside
Check for purple glow on any table in the area
Saw the scroll in 3 locations:

/way 65.42 44.51 7
/way 65.07 41.38 7
Bring the scroll back and it spawns Collectionneur Astorèstes

Doesn't only spawn on tables, mine spawned on the scroll/bookshelf with the elite mob in the middle.

It appears that Mercia's Legacy: Chapter Seven sometimes just won't spawn. I have spent an hour checking every confirmed spot it could spawn and other areas that would seem plausible aswell with no luck (with the buff ofc). I am furious right now.

Found at 67.61, 43.43 on the table. Its the circular room with tall bookshelves and a Goliath in the middle.

This spot did not show up with AllTheThings addon so if those spots don't have it, make sure to look around.

30/12/2022 after days of daily farming this rare, i encountered the NO SPAWN bug....i reported in game...hope its fixed...waiting 1hr for rare only so its bugged is so annoying and disrespectful to players

I located Mercia's Legacy: Chapter Seven at /way 67.39, 42.82 on a shelf in a bookcase.

Once you click the six chapters, you must speak with Echo of Mercia to be granted the 5 minute buff required to see Chapter Seven. No buff, no chapter.
