Rameau enchanté is used to combine with another items to craft Capturêve faë for open the Cache of the Night Treasure of Ardenweald.

Poulain onirique étoilé drop from Cache of the Night Treasure of Ardenweald, but for now on Beta have no loot on Treasure.

How to open Cache of the Night:

find the three items around Ardenweald Ornement faë, Rameau enchanté & Fibres oniriques brutes
use any of the three items to craft Capturêve faë, with this item the barrier on the treasure will break
go to Cache of the Night and loot him

Rameau enchanté is a part of Trésors de Sylvarden Cache of the Night.
Cache of the Night is located south of Root-Home flight point.
You can find it on the platform inside of a dead tree in Darkreach.
The treasure is protected by the barrier which you have to dispel.
To do that collect 3 items in Ardenweald and combine them into Capturêve faë:
Fibres oniriques brutes is north of Dreamsong Fenn flight point
over the bridge inside of the Soie onirique brute.
Rameau enchanté is in Amphitheater south-east of Dreamsong Fenn flight point
You can find it under the giant chair platform.
Ornement faë is near the tree trunk on the tree platform in Shimmerbough
You can find the platform if you go along the road east of Heart of the Forest
you have to cross the first bridge you see to the platform with the item.
After you collect all the items build a Capturêve faë and take the treasure in Darkreach.
Should drop Poulain onirique étoilé pet.

Rameau enchanté is one of the parts to combine into Capturêve faë and open Cache of the Night treasure.
Rameau enchanté at 43.38 46.72 coordinates. Check out a cordner unter tribune to find it.

You need to combine Rameau enchanté with Ornement faë and Fibres oniriques brutes.
After combining the items the dark veil blocks the treasure will disappear.

Ornement faë - coordinates are 51.58 61.61, on the west edge of a platform up a tree.
Rameau enchanté - coordinates are 43.38 46.72, under a tribune.
Fibres oniriques brutes - coordinates are 36.98 29.78, at the end of bridge in a small bowl.

As of the writing of this post, you can use Pincée de poussière de fée which drop from Défenseur possédé or Ritualiste lumefronde, or right-click on Panier d’ailes enchantées which are scattered around Shimmerbough to grant a 90 second flying buff that you can use to quickly make your way around the map to pick up each of the 3 items, and then to the Cache to loot the treasures. You should have 4 of the Pincée de poussière de fée, or just 3 if you start with the Panier d’ailes enchantées. Just refresh it each time you grab one of the parts as the buff only lasts 90 seconds. Pincée de poussière de fée only has a duration of 15 minutes in your bag. I read some other posts that suggested it only works in Shimmerbough but I was able to use it everywhere on Ardenweald.

Rameau enchanté is in the Star Lake Amphitheater. Find the throne on a platform facing the stage; go under that platform and look behind the plants to the left (east) against the tree trunk. Coordinates: 42.4 46.7 (see map on this page: Rameau enchanté)

If anyone was wondering why they can't see the enchanted bough (like me) I found out it was because of the "Private Show" buff I got from purchasing and using a theater ticket I bought from Master Clerk Salorn.
I clicked that off and BOOM the item appeared right in front of me where it should have been all along...
The buff gives you up to 2 hours by yourself in the theater area which makes everything but the rare disappear and I guess that also means items you can pick up in the area, who knew!
