Can drop from 1 of rares that you can summon from Bassin de monstruosités mélangées in House of Plagues, south of the Maldraxxus Plague Watch windrider.

How to summon:

Mobs in the area drop glowing objects on the ground after death.
It is not personal loot, everyone can interact with the object.

Huile visqueuse drops from Extrait brûlant & Plasma colossal (Red slime mobs south of the Pool)
Gelée méphitique drops from Gelée colossale & Animé prodigieux (Blue slime giants south of the Pool)
Limon miscible drops from Restes malades & Monstruosité infectieuse (Yellow slime giants north of the Pool)
Your objective is to pick up the item and bring it to the pool.

After you bring 30 items to the Pool, it spawns a rare
If you manage to bring the correct combination of ingredients it should summon 1 out of 7 rares for Tout est dans le mélange achievement.
The main problem is that's it's group event and everyone can participate and ruin your setup.

Hints:

Pull mobs as close as you can to the Bassin de monstruosités mélangées before killing them,
This will reduce the amount of time you have to spend substantially

Most speed buffs work, you can even use mounts and they should speed you up a little bit
If you don't see the items on the ground after kills, complete the questchain in the area

Oléolat invertébré drop from Invertébré huileux (not 100% drop rate).
To summon Invertébré huileux you need a total of 30 oils on Bassin de monstruosités mélangées in the following proportions:

10x Huile visqueuse 10x Gelée méphitique 10x Limon miscible.

Huile visqueuse drop from Extrait brûlant and Plasma colossal. Around /way 60,0, 76,0
Limon miscible drop from Restes malades and Monstruosité infectieuse. Around /way 57,8, 65,6
Gelée méphitique drop from Gelée colossale and Animé prodigieux. Around /way 61,2, 79,0

I recommend you start from Limon miscible because is the most slow to get.
Huile visqueuse and Gelée méphitique you can get fast if you move mobs the most near to Bassin de monstruosités mélangées and turn multiple times fast.

Spawned the rare on 11/11/21 at 8:00 pm. A few of us took him down. I asked in chat if anyone got it (I did) and 2 other ppl got it. Anyone who's killed the rare lately, did pet drop? Just wondering if they increased the drop rate.
