Earlier in the expansion I received a low level version of this trinket. I swear it proc'd way more back then. The proc was so good I hated to give it up in favor of a higher item level trinket, but I wanted more uptime on Fleshcraft. I just got the 194 version of this from and world quest, and decided to try it out. It barely procs compared to before. So I'd say grubtubs' 4% proc rate calculation sounds about right.

Although it's Unique - Equiped, I managed to equip two of them; one 140ilvl and one 132ilvl.
