While this "Can be used in combat." you wont actually get the Health while in combat, you however can eat for 10sec and get the Mana and Well Fed buff that it gives.

This seems to drop 8 pieces from the treasure Fleeing Soul's Bundle at
/way 46.4, 58.1

I have tested it, here's what I found:

It does work during combat, as the tooltip states. ~~Restores 50,000 HP~~ and 40,000 MP. After further testing, it turns out it does NOT restore HP, but it does still restore MP as stated in the tooltip.
Eating stops when you take damage.
It has no cooldown, so you can use as many as you like during a fight.
It's not soulbound, so you can trade, mail, and sell/buy it.

~~I have not tested if it works in M+ or raid yet (mostly because they're not out). When they are, I'll update this post with the info I get!~~

It seems this does not work in Torghast or M+.

DOES NOT WORK IN TORGHAST! You will get a "You are in the wrong zone" message. This is the type of item that is really aggravating. If Blizzard is going to change an item they should change the information you read when you look at the tooltip. Nothing there says "Won't work indoors" or "Only useable outdoors".

You can't use it in Maw, Torghast rested zone, Oribos or even Orgrimmar.
Even when I used it in Bastion and went back to the Maw with 5 eye & 10 stacks, it didn't heal me out of combat.

DOES NOT WORK IN M+ NEITHER! I'm also getting the "you are in the wrong zone" message. Was hoping that these could speed up Mythic Keystone (i.e. M+) dungeon runs. Well I guess not.

just bought a hundred of these for the fiery zone in torghast. Won't work, and no indication in the text that that would be the case. Removed(##RESPBREAK##)272##DELIM##Uchur##DELIM##Inappropriate Blizz, why you waste our fcking time like this.

This buff does work in Torghast! Provided you have eaten the food in a different shadowlands zone before travelling to the maw.

Literally the dumbest food item in the game. Can't eat it everywhere, you have no way of knowing it in game if you can use it until you try to use it. Removed(##RESPBREAK##)272##DELIM##Uchur##DELIM##Inappropriate Why the !@#$ do they do dumb #$%^ like this.

You can consume Tendrons de séraphin (Tendrons de séraphin) instead.
Not in combat, but I didn't noticed any zone restrictions unlike Tendrons de séraphin frits so far.

Whenever I tried to use this I'd get "You are in the wrong zone" red message, without any specifications.

Just to think someone designed this, and is getting paycheck for that ...

Edit: but wait, it gets even worse, if you do manage to use it right away after finding it (some where outdoors in SL), you get a well fed buff which increases HP regen by about 1k per 5sec, but here's the kicker while not in combat.
Who the hell needs HP regen which isn't that great anyway outside of the combat? You can grab a stack or 2 of mage food and restore more when you need it.

I think this was nerfed again. :Says now it only heals 407 every 5 sec. Not sure why Blizzard feels the need to nerf these items when they aren't a problem. :(

How can Blizzard justify (lore, etc.) making ANY consumable (food, drink, potion, elixir, etc.) UNUSABLE outside of a specific place? It's madness, I tell you, madness. Cannot use in combat? Sure, that makes SENSE. Cannot use while mounted? OF COURSE! Cannot use if you're not at your Uncle Jack's country cottage? That's just BARMY, LOONY TOONS, NUTSO, CRAZY, STUPID!

And also, just not right.

Utilise: Rend (10000 / 5 * 20) points de vie et (13333 / 5 * 20) points de mana en 20 sec. Vous devez rester assis pendant que vous mangez. Si vous passez au moins 10 secondes à manger, vous serez « bien nourri » et vous récupérerez 1363 points de vie toutes les 5 s hors combat pendant 1 hour. Peut être utilisé en combat.
