When You will have them all press RM on any of them to create Capturêve faë. Now move to 35 65 and move higher on tree 2 levels and inside tree will be Treasure. Not the most difficult to pick up (although it helps if you have a beast CC ability). It's up the top of an arch, at the end of a hook (you'll want to enter the hook from the north, if you climbed from the south just walk through the leaves/plants to the north side) and it's kinda janky to walk across. I'd advise grabbing it from max range if possible to avoid going over the bump in the branch and falling off.

For those of you who don't see it because the WQ is up(completed or uncompleted) and currently have flying, you don't have to wait. What I did was fly outside of the WQ zone around 36, 24. At that point you'll see the dream catcher and notice it phases when flying back to it. If you're quick, you can loot it before it phases out. It'll go directly to your mailbox and then from there you just turn it in and viola! Achievement progress is counted. It might take a few tries to get it right but it's definitely do-able.
