All of the old Librams are now useless. The quests have been removed from the game, however several of the Librams continue to drop even in Cataclysm (patch 4.3.2) and are still green quality. Since they have no vendor value and no purpose, you can safely trash these or better yet, just pass the loot roll.

A piece of WoW history since the librams still drop in-game:

This is one of three librams that drop in Hache-Tripes. Prior to patch 4.0.3a they were used for the quests to create arcanums (head or leg enchants) given by Gardien du savoir Lydros. These quests were repeatable and completing them was the only way of raising Shen'dralar reputation to Exalted. The arcanums were also used for twink enchants.
