Limon iridescent is looted from "Plaguefallen Chest" treasure in Plague Watch area in Maldraxxus. The treasure is located up on dam walls holding the jelly of the Fount of Pestilence, so not a place to simply walk to. When mousovering, there's also a weird open pipe up there that made not much sense until the counterpart was found in a cave beyond Sordide's platform (it's higlighted like a treasure but not shown on the minimap).

To be able to unlock the chest or use the pipe in the cave you have to be Victime de la peste. To get that you'll need to touch the green jelly in that area until you have 10x stacks of Peste concentrée. While stacking up for your transformation you'll suffer increasing nature damage. But there's an easy way to avoid being killed, start eating a food that restores a large amount of health over 20sec i.E. Grenade éthérienne, Crocs-lames de Sombrelune (with defensive cooldown), Festin de poisson en croûte de sucre (later cause it's only 10sec and stacking takes longer), Tendrons de séraphin or Tendrons de séraphin frits (will also heal you over time because you are not in combat in the jelly). When you are transformed go into the cave, click the pipe and find yourself placed on the dam shortly after :-)

If you stack up your Peste concentrée at the big jelly pond surrounding Plague Watch, keep in mind that you'll usually enter Brouillard caustique there and be killed really fast when touching the jelly, so make sure to get Filtrage d’air personnel from Pandémis.

My alternative way to the treasure:
When I didn't know about the Pipe connection I had to find a different way to get to the treasure. When I was transformed I immediately ran to the wall parting Blighted Scar and Plague Watch, looking at the big color beam from Pool of Mixed Monstrosities, then I was using my Canon de Sombrelune and on the highest point of my flight curve I activated a Kit de planeur gobelin and carefully landed close to the chest.
I've also seen people using Warlock portals or DHs double jumping but I guess only to realize the chest is locked, no idea if they can make it in time with the slow and no mount restriction while Victime de la peste.
Important! You won't be able to get this aura from the jelly in the Fount of Pestilence, instead you'll suffer 1345 Nature damage every 1sec from in there. So you'll have to reach the Plaguefallen Chest with this aura already active which adds a time limit of 2min to your efforts.

To get the treasure you need to

Go to the Sordide rare area
There is a tunnel to the sewers under the platform
/way 62.40 76.56 sewers tunnel
After you find a tunnel you need to get the Victime de la peste debuff by standing in toxic green pool
After you get 10 stacks of Peste concentrée debuff you'll be transformed into a Victime de la peste
You have to reach the chest in 2 minutes (But your speed decreases because of the debuf)
Can just eat any food that restores high amount of hp and get all 10 stacks
Then you need to go into sewers
And there is a pipe at the end of the tunnel.
Use the pipe and you'll get to the chest

Criteria of: Trésors de Maldraxxus

The chest with the companion inside is on the wall, you need to use Pipe to rech it. The pipe is in a tunnel, entrance is at 62.38 76.52.
Chest requires you to be debuffed by Victime de la peste spell.
To get it keep standing in a green slime all around the area until you get 10 stacks of Peste concentrée.
After that morph into Victime de la peste form. Standing in the silme is a pain, should use any healing stuff.

Is this level limited or storyline limited, I just finished the quests at House of Plagues and got the dungeon quest, lvl56. when i transform into plaguefallen and go into the cave, there is no pipe.

There are also Potion de malepeste's scattered around the area. I found a few up by the cauldren's near plague watch at 59.30, 73.82. This gives you the Victime de la peste debuff without trying to obtain it through heavy ticking damage from the nearby "plague water".

You do need to be level 60 to see the pipe.

Did this as a warlock without following any of the intended ways of completion. I climbed the wall behind the potion pool and used Demonic Gateway to make my way across the top of the bone wall. It took two or three gateways to make it across. After I made it on top of the slime waterfall I dropped a Demonic Circle at the top of the slime waterfall on the far side. Then I jumped down and quaffed a Plaguefallen potion. I quickly shambled back to the base of the slime waterfall where there is a mound of dirt leaning up against the bone wall. Climb the mound of dirt and it should place you within range of your Demonic Circle. Voila, teleport and open chest.
