For those that still need this, this item drops off the rare 'Nerissa Heartless' in Maldraxxus.

This item CAN be farmed, I killed her 5 times in one day before she dropped the item by joining groups through LFG.

i had already built naxx but for some reason this was in my bags so i guess you can get more afterward. i think it's safe to sell/destroy.
