Dropped for me on my first kill on Rôdeur des Affres as well. Not sure if it can be obtained through Chordy as well or if its just limited to this guy. Also note, Famu and Devour'us didnt drop this so it seems this guy is the sole keeper of this item at the moment.

In case you are here wondering what this item is for and are faced with a million people telling you where they found it:

Crâne anormalement grand is required to make Protège-crâne which is a cosmetic head item for your constructs in Maldraxxus. You will also require 3xChair malléable.

You will also need to upgrade your Abomination Factory to rank 2.

Got this today off Endlurker while I was Venthyr. My abomination factory is rank 5. Based on my experience looting several other items for abominable stitching, it appears you don't have to be Necrolord to loot them. Unclear whether abomination factory level is relevant.

Got it from Endlurker as well.

Note: I tried farming this guy, realmhopping while a busy wq was up. It doesn't seem to be dropping after first kill of the day. Must have killed him 20 times with not luck. Returned next day and got it on first kill. I suspect the drop is tied to first kill of the day.
