You will obtain one ilvl 187 version of these in the second to last quest of the 9th chapter of your covenant campaign.

I guess it's good for alts or transmog.

For Venthyr, you turn this in to Solivane @ 29.42,42.46 in Sinfall for either the Barbed Edge of the Stone Legion, or Stoneborn Goliath's Cleaver, At least they're decent transmog's, because that's about all of the value most people will get out of these weapons.

P.S. Obviously the weapons I mentioned are based on my proficiencies, point is that they're basically cosmetics at this point, whatever they may be for you..
