This toy is a reward from Tout est dans le mélange and related to the Bassin de monstruosités mélangées in House of Plagues, south of the Maldraxxus Plague Watch windrider.

You need to summon 7 rares to get the toy.

Mobs in the area drop glowing objects on the ground after death.
It is not personal loot, everyone can interact with the object.

Huile visqueuse drops from Extrait brûlant & Plasma colossal (Red slime mobs south of the Pool)
Gelée méphitique drops from Gelée colossale & Animé prodigieux (Blue slime giants south of the Pool)
Limon miscible drops from Restes malades & Monstruosité infectieuse (Yellow slime giants north of the Pool)
Your objective is to pick up the item and bring it to the pool.

If you manage to bring the correct combination of ingredients it should summon 1 out of 7 rares for Tout est dans le mélange achievement.
The main problem is that's it's group event and everyone can participate and ruin your setup.

Hints:

Achievement can be done in 1 day.
Pull mobs as close as you can to the Bassin de monstruosités mélangées before killing them,
This will reduce the amount of time you have to spend substantially

Most speed buffs work, you can even use mounts and they should speed you up a little bit
If you don't see the items on the ground after kills, complete the questchain in the area

To get Tout est dans le mélange you need kill the all 7 rares. To summon these rares you need combined Oils in differente proportions.

Sangsue palpitante: Huile visqueuse > Limon miscible, Gelée méphitique. 30/0/0 is the best proportion to summon fast.
Gelloh: Limon miscible > Huile visqueuse, Gelée méphitique. 16/14/0 is a good proportion.
Invertébré huileux: 10x Huile visqueuse 10x Gelée méphitique 10x Limon miscible.
Lape-Os: Limon miscible = Gelée méphitique > Huile visqueuse 11/11/8 is a good proportion.
Erreur pourpre: Huile visqueuse = Gelée méphitique > Limon miscible. 15/15/0 is the best proportion to summon fast.
Brûle-Cloque: Limon miscible = Huile visqueuse > Gelée méphitique 11/11/8 is a good proportion.
Sédiment corrompu: Gelée méphitique > Limon miscible, Huile visqueuse. 16/0/14 is a good proportion.

Huile visqueuse and Gelée méphitique you can get fast if you move mobs the most near to Bassin de monstruosités mélangées and turn multiple times fast.
If you be fast you can return 2x Limon miscible before the mob despawns.

Persists and can be used in combat. Appearance vanishes when on mount but returns when you dismount.

Does anyone know how you change the colour of this toy appearance? I swear I saw someone with a blue slime appearance and wondering if it was a option for this toy?

The Slime Giant appearance from this toy has the same animations as the Kul Tiran male, so you can perform a full range of animated emotes when transformed.
