This is a drop off of Souvenir instable, located at the Path of Wisdom area in Bastion

The toy spawns 5 fleeting memories, they stick around for a few seconds, then disappear. It has a 5 minute cooldown.

/way 43.48 25.24 Unstable Memory

There has to be Fragment de souvenir instable up on the area in order to spawn the rare.

You need to tag one, then drag it through others in order to get 10 stacks of Instabilité.

Once your Unstable Memory Fragment has 10 stacks, it will move over to the north side of the pavilion, spawn into a memory then into a larger version of itself. At that point, you can target and kill it.

I had a lot of trouble with this as a hunter. I could not get my selected memory to actually ingest any others to get stacks. So I ended up aggroing with my pet, putting my pet on passive so it wouldn't attack anything, and using "Move To" to drag my pet through them, using "mend pet" along the way, getting stacks that way, and that worked to get to 10 stacks and spawn the rare.

NOW, that being said, I never tried to dismiss my pet, and that could very well be the main problem.

So, I would say, if you are a pet class, dismiss your pet before trying this and see if that will work, if it does not, then use your pet to drag the memories around.

Upon use channels for a few seconds and summons a few neutral and unattackable Souvenir fuyant creatures (about five) that wander around for a short time before fading away and despawning.

I've found that the easiest way to spawn the boss is to taunt (if your class have that abilty) and kite the taunted mob to another 9 of them. Of course, you'll have to get the other people around you not to kill your kiting mob.
