Dropped off Globesang in Maldraxxus, but it does not seem to be a 100% drop (didn't drop for me, did drop for the friend I was grouped with).

Managed to loot it today. Spawns four little slimes that just wander around for a bit, kind of like how the Crate of Puppies spawns a bunch of pugs. They will consume one another, with one having up to three stacks of the "Growing..." buff if you are the only one to summon them. I wonder what will happen if it gets enough stacks of that buff... The gluttonous little blob lasts for quite a while too; a whopping 10 minutes. It just wanders in a very tiny area, but still!

The one hour cooldown is incredibly unnecessary though, but that's Blizzard for you.

Just a heads up since it is not mentioned here yet - the toy doesn’t seem to be farmable during one day and is most likely one of those "first loot of the day or nothing". Just killed it 15 times in a row with some trash loot but no toy + I haven’t seen it drop for anyone else in the groups.
So it’s either non-farmable during one daily reset or a very low drop chance - probably the former.

Anyone else having an impossible time getting this to drop? I'm at a 146 kills and if the 5% drop rate is to be believed I've been incredibly unlucky. I've been necrolord for about half those kills in case it was a covenant specific thing.

For comparison, the Scie à os ensanglantée is supposed to have a 6% drop rate and I've gotten it 8 times.
