Festin de poisson en croûte très sucré is the Shadowlands replacement for Festin de poisson en croûte de sucre, which won't work above level 50.

The recipe (Recette : Festin de poisson en croûte très sucré costs 25 Crocs-lames de Sombrelune and is sold by Galissa Rosée-de-Soleil)
Crafting needs 5 Crocs-lames de Sombrelune. (Same as Festin de poisson en croûte de sucre)

On Level 60, Regenerates 48.076 Health and 38.461 Mana respectively 77% of Mana over 20 seconds.
This could be a scaling issue/bug as Innkeeper food like Grenade éthérienne regenerates 50.000 Health and 40.000 Mana respectively 80% of Mana over 20 sec.

On Level 50 it gives 10 Versatility, on Level 60 it gives 30 Versatility after 10 sec of eating. (Unlike Festin de poisson en croûte de sucre, which gave the Well fed buff after 1 sec of eating)

Also unlike Festin de poisson en croûte de sucre, other food cannot be eaten simultaneously for even greater Health and Mana regeneration.

This food has the same Mana regeneration ramp up time which was implemented in Shadowlands.
