I have yet to get any of these items from the events. Might be bugged or maybe there's a requirement? Wowhead said the following-

"The Hand of Bahmeht is linked to the new Tormentors of Torghast Maw event - An hourly event similar to the Wrath of the Jailer event, where mobs are temporarily empowered by Torghast torments. During these events, you can loot Bahmeht Chain Links - Currently, you have a chance of getting chains from the 3 Lieutenants that spawn, and a guaranteed drop from the Tormentor that spawns at the end of the event. You currently need to collect 200 Bahmeth Chain Links to craft the Chain of Bahmethra, which grants you the mount."
