Bague en or de Nilganihmaht is one of the five rings requires to complete Anneau de contrôle de Nilganihmaht, one of the Hand mounts of Patch 9.1.

This ring requires some parkour skills to get to it. The ring is atop a mountain formation overlooking the Crucible of the Damned and Calcis. You do not need anything special like Demon Hunter abilities to climb to it, but it can be a scary experience if you dread accidentally jumping off the edge of the Maw. I've uploaded a quick video showing how to climb to get to the ring. The climb starts at 18.6 39.0 in the Maw and the Ring itself is located at 19.1 32.2.

The Bague en or de Nilganihmaht is located in Crucible of the Damned The Maw zone.
Its near the starting quest area.
You will need this ring for Anneau de contrôle de Nilganihmaht. Here is nice guide

I was able to skip all the fancy jumping by using Darkmoon Cannon and Borr-Geth's Fiery Brimstone to build altitude before popping a Goblin Glider. You can get straight to the smooth incline and just run up to click on the item.

In order to save you the occasion of wasting time, unlike me! Should you get to the summit and wonder why you can't see the gold ring to loot? it's because it's in your bank silly! :)

I have all the 4 rings except this one. When I get to the top of the mountain, I do NOT see the ring at all :/ I checked my bank and inventory and it is not there either. What gives?
