Back when this stacked with other size reduction items, I saw a druid that was virtually unclickable running flags in warsong. However, I wasn't sure if this was because he was so incredibly tiny or because I was laughing so hard.

Still drops as of June 27, 2014 patch 5.4.7. I think the drop chance might have been increased because I got 2 in one run. Also you do not have to be an engineer to get it to drop.

I seem to be having pretty poor luck getting this to drop. Have run BRD enough times to hit the "You have entered too many instances recently." message, killing and looting every technician in the instance each run. Have seen Schéma : Robot d'alarme gnome drop 5 times though. (They are both a 2% drop chance)

Since it's not mentioned here and I was really wondering about it – this schematic can drop to characters without engineering. Just got it on my alchemy/enchanting mage. So you can farm it with classes that might be more suitable for farming than your class with engineering (it's not BoP).

As I have Télécommande navrebière on my mage and druid, I was casually trying to get it. Just ported there with the remote whenever the CD was off, killed technicans and ported back to my garrison. 5th clear and I got this schematic. Took 10-15 mins max in total.

Got it on my 10th clear. What is the probability of getting no drop after 10 clears?

Chance per kill: 2.36%
Kills per run: 16 (average that I counted)

Chance of no drop per kill: 100%-2.36% = 97.64% = .9764
Chance of no drop in any given run (16 kills): .9764^16 = .6824 = 68.24%
Chance to get it each run: 100%-68.24% = 31.76%

Chance to NOT get it after 10 full clears: (.9764^(16*10)) = .0219 = 2.19%
