it says here that its 75%, dropchance, but everyone in like 5 group i killed it in got it and i didnt, dont tell me that im the only one unlucky enough to not get it ..

I deleted this item when I didn't know what it was doing yet and now I can't drop it on any character in SL

I dropped it at the beginning of 9.1 I used it, but I threw the key away so I was a $%^&*!, I didn't know then that it was to mount, I thought it was for some kind of achivement, open 50 chests in the maw and now I can't drop it 2 times and every week I kill Ylve and I only miss this ringa because I have the rest

if you were a fool like me and deleted this item fear not. Use the other three keys you have on three of the four locks, then go out and loot more Helgarde Supply Caches. A seal breaker key will drop again because you don't have one in your inventory. There ya go. No more killing Ylva hoping it will drop again, cos heads up ... it won't
