To get Orbe sin’dorei instable you have to open the Portail de faille.
To open the Rift Portals you have to use the item Clé de faille réparée.
Clé de faille réparée is sold by Archiviste Roh-Suir and have low chance to drop from rares in Korthia.
Needs Tier 4 research with Le Codex des archivistes Reputation to buy Clé de faille réparée.

it can only be taken from the Rift realm
you can enter the Rift realm through the Korthia rift portals
to enter the portal you need Clé de faille réparée.
There are 3 ways to get Clé de faille réparée:
1. Buy it from Le Codex des archivistes vendor - requires Tier 4 research

Hi all

I present to you Guide for Relics Quest and the stryline which results is opening a reputation with Le Codex des archivistes main NPC Archiviste Roh-Suir NPC for upgrade Assistant érudit Kah-Vez.

After You finish First Storyline + introductory quests You will Have Tier 1 and You will be able to start doing upgrates and Quests for missing relics ( need for Garnissage du reliquaire ).

Storyline Quest Chain:

1. À la recherche des reliques korthiennes - To start it you need to find in drop À la recherche des reliques korthiennes rare are giving more chance %. When start Quest see Erudit Roh-Suir 59 58 Korthia.

2. Interruption d’interrogatoires - You need to Rescue Archiviste Roh-Senara 60 52 is in cage ( kill Interrogateur Tzench spawn next to cage and take Clé de l’interrogateur to open cage ).

3. Passage en force - Slay 15 Mawsworn.

After This Story line You can get 4 Quests i done them in this order:

1. De nouvelles recherches - Speak with Archiviste Roh-Suir to Collect Research from Your bag, AS well You will get item 200ilvl

2. Début de la récupération - You need to find Codex des souvenirs is in cave 60 32 Codex is on left 31 41.

3. Ce qui doit être retrouvé - press on 5 highlighted Missing relics in cave.

4. Renforcement d’équipement - Upgrade item ( You can use item from quest De nouvelles recherches ).

Orbe sin’dorei instable is one of the Tier 4 missing archivist's relics you can search for and bring back to Archivist Roh-Suir.

Location: 51.43 20.14 (Shadow Realm)
Quest Item: Orbe sin’dorei instable
Quest: L’orbe sin’dorei instable
Criteria for: Garnissage du reliquaire

This item can be only collected in the shadow realm. You need Clé de faille réparée - purchase it from Archivist Roh-Suir (tier 5 research) or randomly looted from rares / treasures.
Now find a rift portal (for example in the cave at /way 42.12 40.97) and pass through it to enter the shadow realm. Now you can see and collect the relic at provided coordinates.
Then leave the shadow realm and collect 10 Pages azur to complete the quest and you can bring the relic back to the Archivist.

You will get 500 Trouvailles cataloguées and 500 rep with Archivist Roh-Suir after turning the quest in.

the Livre de lien : le tourment du sorcier information in all these posts is misleading. The book is outside the cave, the pages to complete the book are inside the page (and you need to be back in the normal realm to get them).
