When I picked this up today, it came already upgraded to 4/6 and was iLvl 220. +72 Stamina, +84 Mastery

It seems to have about 40% of the total secondary stat compared to an equal ilvl standard necklace. For reference, at 220 a Sin Stained Pendant has 147 haste and 59 mastery for a total of 206 stats, vs a 220 Jeweled Heart of Ezekiel which has 82 mastery. The mana regen would have to be pretty good to be worth equipping

This will proc if you heal yourself, so it can provide a trickle of mana return if you're healing a group or dungeon, etc.

Since I have two accounts I was able to test this trinket pretty easily.

The test consisted of my monk casting Vivify on my low health demon hunter with the neck equiped.

Out of 125 casts of Vivify, only 46 casts returned mana (36.8%).

I did a +16 Plaguefall on my Resto Druid with this neck at 220ilvl. Since I almost always have some kind of HoT on me ticking and there's plenty of damage taken to go around, I would imagine there are countless chances for this to proc.

Unfortunately, throughout the entirety of the dungeon it only restored a total of 2.5k mana (according to Details), which is pretty much useless. And with the huge lack of stats, the only reason to use this item is for the early ilvl on alts, and then to replace it ASAP.

The Cœur minéral d’Ezekiel is located in Antre, northeast in Desmotaeron. From the Beastwarrens, it's best to take the right path to the northeast and go through one of the two gates. After that, keep right and go up the steps and down the other side. Keep right and go around the mountain until you discover a small cave. Inside the cave are two Noctebête enchaînée and behind them is the Cœur minéral d’Ezekiel lying surrounded by bones.

You cannot add a socket to this. I tried Trépan modificateur d’alliage and it refuses you with
an error message that says it cannot be used on item.
