This toy has a chance to be earned from defeating the Floor 7 boss of an Adamant Vaults run.

The toy will encase you in an iron maiden, preventing you from moving. the effect lasts 5 minutes and can be removed manually.

Adamant Vaults is accessible if you have unlocked the Adamant Vaults perk in your Box of Many Things. It costs 100 Tower Knowledge.
(Note: If you are in a group, then only ONE person needs this perk enabled)
To ascend to the Adamant Vaults, you must complete a Layer 9 or higher Torghast run with a score of 200 points or more (Also called a 'flawless' clear).
You'll get a message in the chat window informing you that the portal to the Adamant Vaults has opened, which will consist of 2 extra floors. The normal exit portal on Floor 5 will be replaced with a spooky red one.

From my testing, it does NOT appear that the layer/difficulty you clear has any impact on if/when this toy will drop, as I got it from a Layer 9 clear after doing multiple Layer 12 clears on the PTR.

Just as a point of note: Other people (even non-party members) can apparently click you out of the iron maiden.

Just got this toy tonight in Adamant Vaults off the final boss. The animation of it is pretty cool as it places you into a cell of your own. You're unable to move unless you click off or someone clicks on it to get you out. Uploaded a screenshot of the cell. One of the better (sillier) toys they've come out with recently.

As of 9.1.5 this item is functioning incorrectly. The cell is now treated as a vehicle placing your character inside and setting focus to the vehicle. You lose the ability to see your buffs so you cannot remove the Jailer's Deluxe Cell; you also have no access to a leave vehicle button. If no one is around (or willing) to click your cell you can simply type:

/cancelaura Jailer's Deluxe Cell

And you will be removed from the cell. This will most likely be redacted but until they do so it's a fairly easy way to escape the Jailer's bonds!

I was just using Layer 9 runs on multiple characters and finally gotten it after 11th attempt.
