The Annelid Duneborers just north of Pilgrim's Grace are a good spot for farming Silken Protofiber, which you need for the Rank 7 base items of cloth legendaries. It drops at around 25%, and except for the big elite Engorged Annelid nearby it's a quiet spot for doing a circuit of farming. There's also ore and herb spawn points here, as well as numerous treasures.

There's a Jiro Nascii at 69, 34 who you can use to get 2 stacks of the buff reducing enemy detection, making it easier to avoid the elites. Unfortunately there IS an Engorged Annelid right in front of him, so depending on your class and spec you might want to get the buff elsewhere before coming in; once you have two stacks it's easy to refresh it on this guy without pulling the elite.

The elite Engorged Annelids are also a good source of Silken Protofiber, and don't have a lot of health, but they hit quite hard. If you're a tanky class, are able to CC them and kill them fast, or have a tanky pet, it's very worthwhile to kill these as well.
