Where to farm:

Énigmon infime drop pretty much everywhere and often 2-3 at a time
Fils d’éphémère drop mostly from middle size spheres
Particules éidoliques got all my drops from huge spheres in the middle, but probably they just have a lower chance to drop from smaller spheres
Diadème kismétrique drops once and i got my drop from huge sphere in the middle of the area

How to unlock this item related activity:

Complete chapter 3 of Zereth Mortis main storyline
This will unlock the Firim questgiver
Complete several Firim quests and after you complete Matières de la création
Now you can talk with Firim and get Siphonneur de rechange de Firim
Use Siphonneur de rechange de Firim near the spheres that you see around Zereth Mortis (big and small landscape spheres)
There is a chance that you will get Fils d’éphémère on use

How to do Disque kismétrique:

get Siphonneur de rechange de Firim from Firim located in Zereth Mortis inside the cave (Exile's Hollow).
use Siphonneur de rechange de Firim on Forge des Progéniteurs to get 1x Diadème kismétrique, 100x Énigmon infime, 10x Fils d’éphémère and 5x Particules éidoliques.
combine all items to get the quest Disque kismétrique. Rewards: Pocopoc espiègle part of Mode des Fondateurs.

Where to get all items:
Diadème kismétrique has low drop. I got from Forge des Progéniteurs located in Circle of Thought. /way 46,9, 63,0 Kismetric Circlet
Énigmon infime I got 100x in 2 minutes from Forge des Progéniteurss located in Forge of Afterlives, around /way 44,6, 52,0 Trace Enigmet
Fils d’éphémère drop from Forge des Progéniteurss everywhere (not 100% drop).
Particules éidoliques can drop from the 4x Big Forge des Progéniteurss located around the name Forge of Afterlives in your map. You can see drawned on the map. If doesn't drop wait a few minutes or hours and try again.

Came here to confirm that you don't have to collect the Eidolic Particles from only the 4 large balls. I got mine from a mid-sized ball, specifically the one at 51.0, 45.0, the largest floating ball amount the multiple floating balls at this way point, just north of one the the 4 large balls forges.

Make sure to stand next to those large pheres, not on top when using Firim's Spare Forge-trap.
I didn't get any when standing on top, then changed to standing next to them and they started dropping.

Just wanted to note where I got my Particules éidoliques:

Medium Forges

/way 49 50 - I got 2 from this one!
/way 42 59 - this one I'm unsure of I didn't keep note of the first one I got, but I think it's this one

Large Forges:

/way 50 60
/way 45 60

I know it's been said but I just wanted to reiterate that you need to stick to the forges in the middle of the map for the materials you need.

First speak with Firim to get Siphonneur de rechange de Firim. Firim is located in cave 35,2 45,6. Or do it when WQ Matières de la création is up ( when you finish WQ but you will not do Achi don't wary now you cen get this item from NPC ).

Then Use Siphonneur de rechange de Firim on Stone Orbs, You need to face them and is not working on all Stone Orbs, if You use item on Orb and nothing is happening just move to next one.

Main Reward from achivement is Sphéra Mortis but during it you can get Pocopoc espiègle, Géordy or Clé de la cache de Provis to open treasure Cache verrouillée de Provis.
