Only viewable to Night Fae covenant players, it's located in Revendreth Darkhaven behind the stables at 63.75, 61.69. It has a spawn timer of around 1-2hrs and stays up for 10mins. Once clicked, you will receive the Céréales spectrales item in your bags also containing a 10min duration. This feed is used by Night Fae characters to obtain Âme de poulet and the Well Fed Cat soulshape.

Âme de poulet
Once you have the feed it must then be taken to a chicken soul called Ame égarée located in Revendreth at 63, 42 standing on a dead tree (where Feu Blanchette spawns). There you will need to type /chicken while targeting the Ame égarée and then give it the spectral feed and you will receive Âme de poulet. The Ame égarée is only visible while the feed is spawned.

Well Fed Cat soulshape
(Only obtainable after learning Âme de chat and Ma’oh is present in your sanctum) If the feed is still up after receiving Âme de poulet , you can pick up a second one with a new 10min duration or wait for another to spawn. Take the feed to Ma’oh in the lower portion of the Night Fae Sanctum. There you will need to /meow while targeting Ma’oh and then give them the spectral feed and you will automatically learn the Well Fed Cat soulshape instead of receiving an item. Check Choufa to make sure you got it.

For anyone wondering - You dont have to worry about someone "stealing" the feed or what not. While it's spawned it's lootable by any Night Fae to use on the critters.
Source : Me and 2 Hunters - all of us were able to loot it when it spawned.

Please read my edit at the bottom of this comment, VERY important info!

This feed is not just used for Chicken Soul. It is also used for the Well-Fed Cat Soulshape. I suggest setting your Hearthstone to Heart of the Forest, then camp the feed out in Revendreth. After picking up the feed, return to Heart of the Forest and go down to a cat NPC named Ma'oh who is next to the Queen's Conservatory portal. Type /meow at the cat, the cat will return the emote: Ma'oh meows at you hungrily. Then, use the feed while targeting Ma'oh. You will not get an item for this soulshape, it will immediately be added to your options through Choofa. Also note that you cannot preemptively type /meow at Ma'oh. You have to do it right before offering the feed.

I was able to get the Well-Fed Cat Soulshape and the Chicken Soulshape all in one go. My advice is to try turning warmode on, then camp the feed with stealth if you have it. You can only hold one feed at a time, so once it spawns, pick up the feed and take it to the Lost Soul (Chicken). This Lost Soul spawns at the same location as Dead Blanchy. Type /chicken at the Lost Soul, then offer the feed. You will get Chicken Soul as a quest item. Then, quickly fly back and pick up the feed, then hearth back to Heart of the Forest to claim your Well-Fed Cat Soulshape. Of course, you should use your own discretion to know if you can afford to get both Well-Fed Cat and Chicken Soulshape. As the feed can only be looted three times, you may need to pick one or the other if multiple people camp the feed with you. With warmode on, you are less likely to run into competition.

Edit: I just discovered that there is a prerequisite to get the well-fed cat soul! You must already have the slim cat soul. If you don't see Ma'oh, try relogging.

Editing to add: Whether or not the feed can be looted three times is still up in the air, I will update once I know one way or the other for sure.

The Chicken soul is not at 63, 42 where stated above, that location is a small bush , I frantically scouted over the overhanging branches and the dead trees near Blanchys' spawn point looking for it, but there was no sign of it. I had 4 minutes left to get back to Ardenweald for my chonky cat soul . No sign of Ma'oh so run around like a headless chicken (literally) realised I was a squirrel for some reason and in a mad rush ran back to Choofa in case I had to be in cat soulshape, portalled into the conservatory came back out and Ma'oh was sitting by the small table there.. result, My ghostly cheshire cat form is now my personal fave.

... Can someone confirm the chicken soul spawn point please?

By the way, the feed spawned just after daily reset for me, and there was only me there . If numerous people got to the chicken soul for it to despawn from other servers etc I saw no other players at Blanchys location point .

Showed up today at 1:46pm eastern time - but by the time I flew back to see if it was still up after getting the Chicken quest, it was gone. Not sure if 2 other people clicked on it, or if it truly is able to be clicked on by 3 people. Spawned again at 4:30pm, so I was able to go and get the 2nd cat crittershape.

You can obtain this multiple times if you're quick enough. You can grab the feed, head to the chicken (63, 42. Click, do /chicken, then click feed in bag to give it), then go back and grab the feed again (before it despawns) to hand in to Ma'oh for the Well Fed Cat Soulshape.

Is it possible you cannot see the spectral feed due to a prerequisite? Besides being in the Night Fae covenant.

I've waited about ~2 hours and nothing has popped up. I saw a shaman sweep in and do the looting motion but I did not see the feed.

Will update once obtained.

For anyone looking for it, the feed is along the inner wall that goes around the town. it's sort of wedged between the wall and a small building. i submitted a screenshot that shows its relative distance from the wagon near the stable master.

it wasn't up to me so i logged off with wm on and after comming back it still wasnt up but after i changed warmode i got it!
so you have to wait and maybe change phases through warmode if it isnt up

I can confirm that I was only able to see the Spectral Feed, only after talking to Choofa in the Heart of the Forest and using the Cat Critter shape.

Spectral Chicken Feed...
ALL IN ONE "HOW TO" GUIDE FOR EVERYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS:

This is extremely irritating to get. I had to cross reference 2-3 different pages regarding the Chicken Soul, the Cat Shape, the feed...to find out something really simple: use Warmode.

When I first went to look for this - at the exact location it wasn't there. I waited around for awhile, did some light reading (i.e. research), and then noticed another player swoop in, do his looting gesture, and swoop out... I have read this ALSO happened to others and it is only until you enable Warmode - that it instantly appears. Is the set rule? I'm not sure - but in theory - this is what you need to do.

I was able to get the Chicken Soul but not fast enough to fly back and get the feed again (well that and I stopped to kill Famu the Infinite for a mount drop chance along the way - which I didn't get)... I have read that the respawn time for the feed is 8 minutes to 1 hour to 1.5 hours. I never want to have to do this again so I'm going to go camp it right meow...

TWO THINGS THIS FEED IS GOOD FOR:

#1: Go to the Lost Soul in Revendreth (coords: 63.18, 42.76). Target, type /chicken, feed spectral chicken feed. This prompts a quests to go get your Chicken Soul.

#2: (slightly more intensive) get the kitty(s) soulshape BUT FIRST DO THIS:
Before you can even see the kitty sleeping next to the Queen's Conservatory Portal in the little basket - you need to get the cat soulshape. To do this - fly around to the tops of the biggest (TALLEST) trees in Ardenweald...

IT WILL BE AT THE VERY, VERY TIPPY TOP OF THE TREE - RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE. You probably won't be able to land your mount so just edge up to it - and:

Once you find the Lost Soul: target it and type emote: /soothe and once that is done - go back to Ardenweald, get your catface soulshape.......................and now here's the best way to do the next step:

Set your HEARTH to the Heart of the Forest. Once that is done - go get your spectral chicken feed, hearth back, run down to the Queen C Portal area. The kitty cat (Ma'oh) *should be* sleeping in the basket (relog/reload if not). Target it, type the emote: /meow and feed the kitty cat aaaaaaand nothing happens! :) Don't worry - go talk to Choofa - you will have the option for a well fed cat soulshape (if you loook at your chat box you will see the following message (which is confirmation): Ma'oh meows loudly, enjoying the meal).
