Obtained from Babiole d’innovation pure, inside the Exile's Hollow cave, on Qie's bed at /way #1970 34.5 49.7. The tooltip is a hint towards Firim's research.

You will need Synthèse de protoforme (monture) unlocked to see it. It also has a very long shared cooldown, so you may need to jump shards and switch WM on and off to get lucky with finding it up, but keep in mind you will only ever need 2 of these.

EDIT: This is now resolved as of March 8th maintenance!

I've tried looting this treasure twice now and both times was met with a message of "There is no loot" and then the bauble disappeared and did not go into my bags. Anyone else seeing this problem?

I was just able to successfully loot a couple after realm hopping to find some. Looks like they fixed it :)

I waited out for around 1 hour until this thing spawned for me.

Just join groups for the world boss to realm hop and see if this is spawned. I got 2 in maybe about 5 minutes by doing this. The best part is the world boss groups are constantly being created, so big and so many people join them that you're not being a jerk by leaving instantly.

While this was just my experience, I might as well post it to be able to gather data:

I acquired this item earlier today, then sat and waiting for roughly 3 hours. At around the 2:58 to 2:59 window, it respawned and I got my second one.

This may be broken again. It was just up on Doomhammer. I clicked it and got the "There is no loot" error and it disappeared on me. Nothing in the mailbox either. Serious bummer. Will report issue.

The unalloyed bronze ingot drops from the Requisites Originator in Repertory Alcove, one of the Locus Shift treasure rooms. I am not sure if it drops anywhere else, but it is a <10% (it seems) possible drop if you choose to get the genesis motes. This resets weekly, and each new week you can go to the Originator and request something new. See the Requisites Originator page for your options and what you can obtain from choosing each option.

Turning ON War Mode was the key for me - took 3minutes overall. Did not even need to realm hop.

Still buggy. Clicked on it 4 times, still not able to loot.

I had no problem looting, and The respawn time must be shorter. Looted at 1418, then came back at 1445 and it was there again:)
War Mode was off both times.
