Schéma : dard ambystome is a protoform synthesis battle pet.

To collect this schematic you need to travel to Sepulcher of the First Ones isle. After teleporting move forward until you reach waterfalls.
You could spot Sauteuse ancienne elite if it's alive. If not - look for a column of runes. Under there is a top of a pillar above the water surface.
Face the runes / elite and carefully check the water left of them to locate the schematic. May be hard to spot it.
After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create Dard ambystome pet.

To unlock battle pets from Protoform Synthesis you have to complete the quest Synthèse de protoforme to get Synthèse de protoforme (mascotte de combat).

Schéma : dard ambystome drop from Protoform Schematic in Sepulcher of The First Ones. You can reach this zone by using teleporter or flying.
This Protoform Schematic is located underwater on the left side of Sauteuse ancienne.
After get the item you'll receive the quest Réassimilation de schéma : dard ambystome.
Return the quest to allows craft Dard ambystome.

The Ancient Hopper is a beast and I was not able to successfully kill him solo. He does chase you a long way though. So instead, I made sure I knew where the schematic was and then aggro'd him and ran up on the top of the cliff and glidered down. I had enough time to grab the schematic and successfully run away.

Edit: Using a glider was in fact the only way I was able to drop aggro with the frog.

So what I did was mount up aggroed the Ancient Hopper…lured it away by moving across the lake, you will get a circle underneath you when it is about to jump on you time it to when he jumps and move out of the way rinse and repeat til you’ve gone up the hill and then I literally flies down and grabbed the schematic I had plenty of time as o had de-aggroed the frog and cld fly down
Thanks for he guy that suggested the glider as I wouldn’t have thought to have done it this way without his suggestion. But now we have flying this was by far the easiest way

If you're a Hunter, you can grab the schematic while turtled and not worry about getting booshed by the Ancient Hopper
