This can sometimes be looted from Écho du premier chant cristallisé if you have Synthèse de protoforme (mascotte de combat) unlocked.

They can be found primarily near waterfalls in the Sepulcher of the First Ones area. You will see a musical notes effect and hear faint musical sounds playing from it (likely Notes de musique). They need Synthèse de protoforme (monture) unlocked to see and loot the object, but you can still see and hear the musical notes regardless.

Under platform at /way 78.3 53.1, but reachable from /way 78.4 52.9
On the distant progenitor forge (orb) at /way 58.6 89.9

It seems these can sometimes become bugged, with the actual object not respawning once looted, although the audio and visual effects will.

To get Écho résonnant you need to find Schéma : écho résonnant in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

Inside the Écho du premier chant cristallisé random Spawn Object near the The Sepulcher of the First Ones
Most of them are near the water areas, but on mountain walls so you will probably need to use glider and jump from the top of use Need Porte des ombres.

To unlock battle pets from Protoform Synthesis you have to complete the quest Synthèse de protoforme to get Synthèse de protoforme (mascotte de combat).

Schéma : écho résonnant has chance to drop from Écho du premier chant cristallisé ( I got after 3 trys) in Sepulcher of The First Ones. You can reach this zone by using teleporter or flying.
To reach the Écho du premier chant cristallisé you can use you can use Porte des ombres or Translateurs dimensionnels.
After get the item you'll receive the quest Réassimilation de schéma : écho résonnant.
Return the quest to allows craft Écho résonnant.

Schéma : écho résonnant is a protoform synthesis battle pet.

To collect this schematic you need to travel to Sepulcher of the First Ones isle. There are multiple waterfall on the isle.
Behind those waterfall may spawn Écho du premier chant cristallisé. Schematic can be found on that echo, but chance is not 100%.
After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create Écho résonnant pet.
