To get Cervidé régalien pâle you need to complete Les cryptogrammes des Fondateurs in Zereth Mortis and bring Schéma : cervidé régalien pâle it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

Couronne de conscience protoforme - drops from many mobs in the zone Travailleur dominé, Brise-monde dominé, Formerune dominé and so on
Holotype de cervidé - Can buy on AH or farm from specific mobs (check dropped by section)

Complete the questline starting at À la recherche de Tahli. Once completed, the next day you can start Le composant perdu which leads to unlocking Synthèse de protoforme (monture)

I acquired Les cryptogrammes des Fondateurs this morning and did not receive the schematic directly into my bags or via the mail as indicated in some of the previous comments here. However, when I visited the Protoform Repository in the Arrangement Index location, the Cervidé régalien pâle schematic was in the journal, ready to be crafted if I had the necessary materials.

yeah u cant loot it there.. the achievment will send you a empty mail - but u should be able to craft it at the Protoform Synthesis.

What a rip off. I just got the achievement and it did NOT reward me the Schéma : cervidé régalien pâle. I checked my mail and there was nothing. So... I guess I just don't get the reward... I feel like I wasted my time unlocking all that crap... /sigh

To get the schematic for this mount you need to complete the full Cypher research console. This means getting all points on the table that you can. This unlocks the achievement Les cryptogrammes des Fondateurs

Unlocking Compréhension sopranienne on the table also unlocks a quest on the map called À la recherche de Tahli. Completing this quest and all the parts that appear from there allows the schematics for protoform synthesis to be collected.
