1x Couronne de conscience protoforme. Can drop from Mechanical Mobs in Zereth Mortis.

To access Schematic Quests and Interface de serviteur you have to get Compréhension sopranienne from Console cryptique to unlock The Final Song questline.
The Final Song questline start from the quest À la recherche de Tahli.
After complete The Final Song questline wait for the daily reset and complete the following quests: Le composant perdu, Un nouvel architecte, Réassimilation de schéma : coursemort

Now you have Synthèse de protoforme (monture).

To craft Apix you need to find Schéma : apix

In order to obtain any schematics for the Protoform Synthesis Forge you have to unlock it first
How to Unlock the protoform synthesis forge:
Complete first 3 chapters of the Campaign Les secrets des Fondateurs
Research Compréhension sopranienne at the cypher console in Exile's Hollow
Complete the questline starting at À la recherche de Tahli. Once completed, the next day you can start Le composant perdu which leads to unlocking Synthèse de protoforme (monture)

Seems like you can only loot Relique couverte de pulpe once per day and Schéma : apix is not 100% drop chance.

Either the drop rate on this is rather low or I've just gotten unlucky, looted probably 15 of these since unlocking protoform synthesis with no schematic

Took around 10 tries for me. Hardest part was finding the dang thing. Looks like it spawns on a timer the same as the rares do. So you have to keep flying around all day checking the spots just to have a low'ish percent chance at getting it.
You also need a lattice which is a really low drop rate. Much lower than the schematic but it is more easily farmable.

Finally got one after trying to get it on 5 characters. Quite a few time the Pulp-covered relic bugged, disappeared or became un-clickable so be careful where you kick it.

My pulp-covered relic at 64, 63 spawned under the hive-looking stuff at one point (initial spawn was visible, but one of the respawns was not). If it seems like it disappears for you, continue mousing over nearby terrain or hive stuff and you may see the info window appear.

Edit: the treasure icon on your minimap also appears to move with each relic spawn, so use that to pinpoint it too.
