Récits de l’exil is a new collectible hunting achievement, added in 9.2 patch.

This achievement is a part of meta achievement Secrets dévoilés that is required to unlock flying in ZM.
All scrolls marked with a big yellow dot on the minimap so you can spot it easy.
They all vanish as someone picked it up but respawn quickly (app. 5-10 minutes).
L’exil de Firim, épilogue is not neccessary, so only collecting 7 required to earn Récits de l’exil
You can sell them or drop after reading, no need to carry them along.

The achievement progress by itself. You can safely vendor these.

One thing I find helps for finding these scrolls faster on alts or to speed up treasure farming is the Potion noire comme de l'encre. The glow is more noticeable, give it a go!

For Part 1: please note that this item is NOT on the main circle road; rather, you need to go up a little hill west of the road to find it. I've included a screenshot here showing where the item was located (I'm sorry but I already looted it before thinking of taking a screenshot, and therefore it's not visible in the image-- but I've indicated the location where it can be found).

If You have full inventory while opening this treasure, you do not get the item (and it is NOT mailed to you), so you can't read the lore anywhere in game, only in wowhead :( It's lame..
