You need to find 8 scrolls in Zereth Mortis to get Récits de l’exil & to unlock the Vol en Zereth Mortis
All playes share CD to collect them and respawn time is ~10 minutes
It looks like if someone else just collected the page, you still can pick it up, just like flowers

Récits de l’exil is a new collectible hunting achievement, added in 9.2 patch.

This achievement is a part of meta achievement Secrets dévoilés that is required to unlock flying in ZM.
All scrolls marked with a big yellow dot on the minimap so you can spot it easy.
They all vanish as someone picked it up but respawn quickly (app. 5-10 minutes).
L’exil de Firim, épilogue is not neccessary, so only collecting 7 required to earn Récits de l’exil
You can sell them or drop after reading, no need to carry them along.

Wow, now this piece of the "Firim in Exile" series is quite informational in terms of lore. It delves into the mechanism of the Shadowlands, as a whole. I won't spoil it for you (plus, it's available in full at the top of this web page), but I highly suggest that you read all of the parts to "Firim in Exile". I've been reading them in chronological order, to allow for a more linear, cohesive understanding of his thoughts.

...And then I've been selling them, because they're worth 10g each. :P

If You have full inventory while opening this treasure, you do not get the item (and it is NOT mailed to you), so you can't read the lore anywhere in game, only in wowhead :( It's lame..
Thanks, wowhead, for having info we might miss!
