Got this from timewalking cache today, teleported me outside of The Necropolis in Nazmir. At first I thought it would take me to various locations based around the bosses of De Other Side but looking at the other comments, it would seem that Cartel Xy' gets around!

Has anyone seen a Cartel Xy NPC wherever they teleport to? Otherwise it appears this is the same effect as Last Relic of Argus.

This necklace can take you to a random location in a wide variety of zones throughout the game every twelve hours. It casts a short Broker themed animation before teleporting you. So far I've been taken to the following locations:

Kalimdor:
- Frostwhisper Gorge in Winterspring, at the drop-off point for the obsolete quest Un leurre !
- The Speedbarge Bar on the Speedbarge in Thousand Needles.
- The gold pile in one of the resort buildings in the Steam Pools in Feralas.

Eastern Kingdoms:
- The piles of gold in the second floor of the Booty Bay auction house.
- The mushroom circle in Tirisfal Glades.
- A pool at the base of Karazhan in Deadwind Pass.
- A mountain overlooking Ravenholdt Manor in Hillsbrad Foothills.
- Near the entrance to the Karazhan Catacombs in Deadwind Pass.

Outland:
- Coilfang Resevoir, in front of the Serpentshrine Cavern raid entrance, in Zangarmarsh.

Northrend:
- One of the easternmost platforms of the Nexus in Coldarra, Borean Tundra.
- The large cavern in Dagger Cap Bay in Howling Fjord.
- The end of the sewers in Dalaran.
- On the stairs leading up to the entrance of Ulduar.

Pandaria:

- A building near the Heart of Fear in the Dread Wastes.
- The former location of the Black Market Auction House in the Veiled Stair.
- The Bloodied Crossing on the Isle of Thunder.

Broken Isles:
- The Black Market Auction House in the sewers of Dalaran.

Argus:
- The Praetorium in Eredath.

Zandalar:
- The underwater Tortollan wedding in Zuldazar.
- The bridge to the Necropolis in Nazmir.
- Terrace of the Fang in Vol'dun.

Kul Tiras:
- The underwater Tortollan bar The Whale's Belly in Tiragarde Sound.
- The docks on the isle of Western Watch in Drustvar.

Judging from the comments, it appears that this takes you to some of the same teleportation spots as the engineering portal toys (such as the tortollan wedding underwater).

I've used it once and it took me to the black market in Dalaran's sewers.

Took me to The Maw right outside the NW entrance to Korthia. There was no cartel Xy member present.

Also, through the magic of the totally awesome loot system WoW has I got this item again as the TW reward. What a system! Two of the same current raid tier item within a few hours of each other instead of a different one that I could actually use to improve my character! No it doesn't make me frustrated at all. I love totally and completely wasting my time in this game. It's so lovely.

In any case, they share a cooldown, so no use collecting them to teleport all over the place.

Bizarre thing happened two times now. I was teleported to Pandaria near the Tavern of the Mists and figured, while I'm here I'll sit on Galleon. In both cases there was a group already there and it spawned within a few minutes. Crazy coincidence, right? Anybody else notice this?

I got lucky and was teleported to Azeroth - Eastern Kingdoms - Trisfal Glades - Whispering Forrest - /way 17.69 66.38
I arrived at 4:05pm server time, looted <Rouleau à musique : Dragons-faë> and the event stopped at 4:06 server time.
This isn't the first place that a wormhole device or similar device teleports us to a place of interest where we loot something special or a special event occurs.
Pay attention to where it drops you as there maybe something very special nearby.
At the time of writing this the event is up again at 4:20 sever time and ended at 4:21.
