Do any specialization trees affect the quality of this item other than the general JC skill level tree?

Perhaps extravagances...

I've gone ahead and tested it myself. To improve the skill level of this craft and thus the quality of the item;

You'll need to specialize in Enterprising, Extravagancies, Jewelmaster's toolkit. Nothing else affects this item's craft quality.

With max level in all three of those specializations you'll end up at a base 205 recipe skill. To craft max quality Elemental Harmony you'll need 275 skill.

In other words, you'll need crafting equipment, illustrious insight, and polishing cloth. Or just gamble for inspiration procs.

But...but...once crafted, what does it actually DO...other than being a 'harmonious unity of elements'?

I've read the JC guide, comments, etc and still don't know this design is used for, LOL. Help, anyone?
