Be careful when you fly up, there's an elite dragon at the northern end of the cliff.

Piquette bam-boum is one of the drinks you need to bring to Vazallia to complete Vacances de Dragon quest.

Vacances de Dragon is a hidden side quest. You can reveal it by talking to Vazallia Rivages de l’Éveil at 20.18 39.58.
Ask her <<What are you doing here?>> to reveal the quest. If Vazallia is not here you need to wait until she get back from patrolling.
All drinks can be found across Rivages de l’Éveil, you don't need to travel to other zones to collect them.

Piquette bam-boum is part of a hidden sidequest that rewards Spyragos in the Waking Shores called Vacances de Dragon

To gain access to the quest you'll need to complete the campaign in the waking shores, up to Wrathion's Gambit. Once you've done this, you can pick up the quest from Vazallia at the Hissing Grotto.
/way 20.14, 39.54

She sometimes turn into a dragon and fly around the grotto, where you can't pickup the quest, just wait till she's back at the cave in human form, should be around 2 minutes at max.

To be offered the quest, speak to her and ask her what she's doing. She'll reply "Anything I want" and offer the quest.

Before you do any quests, two of the 6 drinks, you'll need for the quest, are available for you to pick up:

Once you've picked up the quest, three more drinks will be available without any extra steps:

Cocktail Gâchette facile ~ /way 43.08 67.37 Firstmate Kaleson (Patrolling Vendor)

For the Whirlwind Wine there are three steps:
1. Purchase Rouge kultirassien from Kora Gréements at /way 43.0 67.4
2. head to /way 76.32, 47.33 and find a Rampaging Wind mob
3. Throw the Rouge kultirassien at one of the Rampaging Wind, and it will spit out Vin du tourbillon into your bag, so make sure you have room, or you'll have to do it again.

For the final drink, Rhum crache-flammes you will need to complete a side-quest chain called The Worldbreaker chain. You can start the chain at Ingot /way 39.44, 48.30 Ingot

Once you complete the chain, Négociante Vexil will be inside the cave and to the left of where you've been in the questchain

Once you've got all the items, head back to Vazallia at The Hissing Grotto, and get your own little Spyro Dragon Spyragos

Vacances de Dragon is located in Rivages de l’Éveil on the shore west of Obsidian Citadel
To start the quest ask Vazallia "What are you doing here?"
She's patrolling the area in her dragon form so it may take some time for her to come down

Fly to the top of a treehouse, to the upper platform, at /way #2022 46.92, 30.71

The drink can be found next to Cynthia Cloudwhisper <Kite Vendor>... it is sitting next to her, as a clickable object. Once you click on it, the object that puts this into your inventory will disappear, so recommend you don't drink it.

While you're here, walk up a branch above Cynthia and collect Yennu's Kite.
