These can be found in the Neltharus dungeon.

They are located at the endboss room, as you step in take the ramp up to the left and they are hidden inside a pot.
You will have to ask tank to clear mobs as they have stealth detection

I was able to get these on normal difficulty. I had 50 engineering already, not sure if that is needed. Small highlighted item called "Crumpled Schematics" on the ledge above the final boss. To the left as you zone in. Need to clear 2-3 extra packs that you would normally ignore.

80k damage over 6 seconds that makes you unable to use normal skills on a 10 min cooldown. Not great honestly. Unless, I'm missing something.

There is a chance to discover "Optional Reagent" recipes during an Ingénierie "Tinker Malfunction". The 10-minute on-use cooldown for these tinkers will reset after killing a raid boss. A good practice for triggering these discoveries is to clear older raid content for more malfunction chances. The following are all of the recipes that can be discovered, including their respective quailty level.

Looks like only one engineer can get this per run, as it disappeared when my buddy picked it up. I couldn't grab it!

If you're trying to solo this after killing the final boss of the Neltharus dungeon, it's possible-mobs have stealth detection and were both immune to sap and blind. Grappling hooked up to the top (left side when looking at the boss) without pulling anything after killing the last boss. Waited until patrolling mob went away then just YOLO'd it. You can loot while getting hit. Was on heroic mode as a 376 rogue and only took about half of my health. Vanished too early near the stealth detect mob, but just left groupfinder and it teleported me out :)

The instructions here are pretty bad if you want to solo this and can't get the tank to do it (most cases).

I did this on normal after the run. First you don't have to start at the first batch of mobs, you can sidestep them by climbing up the mountain of gold. There will be a pat of 1, pull him first back down the gold mountain. Then there will be a group of 3 that will come together. It's a nasty group. The bird is worst and has a pushback, kill it. Then there' s a really nasty caster that will just stay back, kill him next if you can. Then get the 3rd.

Was no fun, but I'm sure it will get easier as ppl get better geared.

I've looted and sold it on the AH a couple of times on my main. So its possible to loot it multiple times. Does anyone know, if u still can farm/loot it after u learned it?

Very easy to get in that way.
