Mageblood Potions (these) have to proc multiple times if you are a Potion Master.

The stronger version of this "pot", the Elixir of Major Mageblood - on the other hand - has a chance to proc multiple times if you are an Elixir Master.

Apparently, even though the effect of the Mageblood Potion is elixir-like (1 hour buff), naming takes precedence. So it indeed IS classified as a "Potion", not an elixir. Just an FYI for those of you Elixir Masters who wish to mass produce this

The was previously sold by Rin'wosho the Trader <Zandalar Supplies & Repair> on Yojamba Isle in Stranglethorn Vale. It required revered reputation gains with the Zandalar Tribe to purchase it. As this NPC no longer exists in the game as of the Shattering, to my knowledge, the recipe does not either.

However, alchemists who learned this recipe prior to patch 4.0.3a are still able to make it.

along with these recipies is the possible revival of old achieves like Héros de la tribu Zandalar that were removed in Cataclysm.

these were once available on Yojamba Isle in Strangleronce septentrionale,
now sold by Rin'wosho le Marchand at the Zuldazar Docks, in the Yojamba Exchange.
joining him are his old Yojamba Isle comrades: Maywiki and Exzhal.
