Unfortunately, these shades, as cool as they are, do not show up on Dracthyr. I was hoping since they're a buff they would show up, like how the Djaradin trophy skull does. But no. I will have to continue suffering as a normal, not cool dragon.

If you happen to be flying around and have reached 27 Renown with the Iskaara Tuskarr then it's likely worth looting every Tuskarr Tacklebox you see as it has a decent chance at coins and a very high chance at Ominous Couch's which can spawn lunkers for even more chance at coins.

Something to keep in mind if you want to do this grind at a later date. It's passive progress.

Lunettes aquatiques are used to begin the process to get Loutro. I made a short video on how to get Otto: https://youtu.be/ywkU-HXd6bo - Video should be easy to follow.

Step by step instructions:
First you need to get a Pièce d’or des îles from fishing or Lunker Threshers. But this is a very rare drop.
Alternatively, you can collect 75 Pièce de cuivre des îles, or 5 Pièce d’argent des îles.
1 Pièce d’argent des îles costs 15 Pièce de cuivre des îles. Use these to purchase the Pièce d’or des îles from Grand Bufflon. You can find him in a cave in Ohn'ahran Plains - coordinates 82,73.

Use the Pièce d’or des îles to purchase the Sac immaculé de trésors de Bufflon from Grand Bufflon. The sac has a change to contain Lunettes aquatiques but it is not a 100% drop.

Use the Lunettes aquatiques and go to the Waking Shores, coordinates 19,36. There is an underwater area and an NPC named Kajiki who comments on your shades, which means that you have done everything correctly so far. Head over to the dancefloor nearby and /dance for 5 minutes. While dancing you should have a debuff Danser jusqu’à ce que mort s’ensuive. Make sure you are wearing the glasses before you go to the dancefloor. Once the 5 minutes are up you are automatically teleported out of the water. You will see an Tonneau de poissons vide in front of you. Pick it up, and it’s time to catch some fish!

You need to catch the following:

100 Poisson flottant gelé from the Iskaara area in the Azure Span. You can fish anywhere in the open waters. Be sure to have your shades on or you won’t catch any fish! When you catch 100 frigid floe fish, click on the barrel to change it to a Tonneau de poissons à moitié plein. If you skip this step you will not be able to catch the second batch of fish.
25 Carpe calamiteuse from the lava rivers east of the Obsidian Citadel in the Waking Shores. Same as before, once you have all 25 fish, click on the barrel to change it to a Tonneau de poissons rempli.
1 Nageréale, la sage-moustanche from the waters close to Algeth'ar Academy - coordinates 56,44. The best place to fish for Kingfin is on the platform next to 2 fishing Dracthyr. Remember to have your shades on or you’ll be fishing for nothing. Once you get Kingfin, click on the barrel to have an Tonneau de poissons débordant.

Return to the waking shores to the Hissing Grotto where you picked up the barrel and place your new overflowing fish barrel on the ground - coordinates 20,39. Otto will then appear giving you the quest La satisfaction de Loutro, and gratz! You’ve got yourself the Otto mount.

A tip while trying to catch this fish, and even the others before: use the Flotteur surdimensionné while fishing, because catching 100 fish while using an oversized bobber will get you the Superflottaison achievement, giving you the Flotteur surdimensionné réutilisable!
