Awful trinket for literally all of the specs its made for lol, maybe evoker and demon hunter is the only ones it'll be someone useable on. Why make this stupid ass niche of activating on aoe spells and abilities like the other ones make sense

In raid as a dh i have about 15-17% uptime with the trinket, but just ran a Freehold and had 0 procs from the entire dungeon, feels great, it seems to be the new RLP trinket in terms of usefulness

You will know if this procs because a transparent purplish/orange (shadowflame) Old God minion will be on you

Can anyone comment if having this trinket proc would also increase spell reflect damage as prot warrior? Would tank busters from nelth's lair or halls of infusion last bosses be reflected counting this debuff?

For Ret Paladin in the current patch this seems not a good choice. At heroic itemlevel of 444 it sims about 1 % higher than 424 trinkets. In practice it has about 15-20 % of uptime in an AoE build. So you will have very inconsistent damage and often have it procc when the enemies are almost dead, wasting most of it.
