After Liquid killed last boss one of these droped. So for now its confirmed Mythic Kill drop. Curious if it will be Heroic with low chance or something too.

As confirmed here: https://www.wowhead.com/news/legendary-evoker-weapon-available-on-all-difficulties-higher-chance-on-higher-333017, after server reset on 5/16/2023 this item will drop on all difficulties starting from being very rare (but not impossible to get!) on LFR and going up in likelihood to drop on higher difficulties.

A friend got the stone drop yesterday and he said that the item droped directly into his inventory like a Legion legendary, no roll nor loot needed.

This makes me wonder, since its not part of the boss loot table, can you do the boss several times the same week on the same difficulty for it to drop or its locked to 1 try per diff weekly?

Just got it. Can confirm it is personal loot and not tradeable. The quest gets auto accepted.

Anybody can confirm or deny that only the first kill on Sark counts for the Dropchance? Heard both that you only have 1 chanche per week over all difficulties or you have 1 chanche per difficultie every week?

I'm just done with this, killing Sarkareth every week religiously and have nothing to show for it. Drop chance is either CRAZY low, since I haven't seen any other evoker get it in raid, or I don't know, but I'm done hoping for it to drop.

If you get this drop, go complete the very short quest chain until you get Il faut un village pour créer un artéfact before killing anymore bosses. Once you kill a boss, you can no longer get the Fragment d’élémentium ancien needed to craft the artifact from it that week.

According to the blue post, if you first kill Sarkareth on the highest difficulty you can this week, then you do not need to repeat this week on lower difficulties cause you have expended your chances.
Basically it sounds like each difficulty has one roll chance if you start from LFR and then do normal and finally heroic. If you start from Heroic this week you also do the rolls of the lower difficulties so that you do not have to waste time doing the same boss on the lower difficulties.

Once the Gemme des Titans fêlée goes into your bags after defeating Scalecommander Sarkareth, the first quest will automatically pop up. The whole questline includes:

The legendary will automatically be equipped when you complete the scenario. Come prepared with an offhand and weapon enchant!

It dropped today on heroic, but you can't trade it which is very unfortunate (like many people here said, the quest automatically starts / gets accepted).

We are a small community trying to introduce beginners to raiding every week on NHC/HC. One of our helping players was playing on his evoker alt to try the new augmentation spec. He has no intention to play the class regularly and stated before the run he doesn't need the item. There were 2 other regular evoker players in the group hoping to get the item for some time now.

I think it's unneccessary to say who got the item in the end. Gone to a person who won't even craft it, but he can't trade it to someone who really had enjoyed it.

Yes, I know there is a new "catch-up mechanic" and not owing this legendary is not the end of the world, but things like this just feel incredibly bad.

It would be great if you'd allow trading the quest-item to another player instead of having every single person rely on luck. Can't speak for everyone of course, but the people I know and play with feel kind of demotivated due to this RNG system.

This just doesn't feel like fun. Maybe reintroduce cataclysm style legendary quests where you had week / months long grinds, but you could work towards this item.

Getting such a rare drop with the knowledge that this item will never be used while somebody else had enjoyed it, is a game-design which can be easily avoided and improved. I hope somebody at Blizzard maybe can look at this again.

Every week I run on my evoker. Still haven't seen it. Not just for me, but for all the other evokers in my groups....and I'm running 5 toons through heroic Aberrus every week.

have only seen one drop on a heroic kill and that was before the supposed bad luck protection, 4 heroic kills since the patch and none yet, i call the bad luck protection bs

The drop chance on this item is an absolute joke.. I have killed every week on heroic even before the supposed "bad luck protection" kicked in. I have yet to loot this item. Yet, every time that I log into the game I see the triumphant roar echo in my face 20+ times and sometimes even back to back in chat. Is it actually rare or did I forget to check the $5.00 upgrade box when creating my evoker?

Update: 3 weeks later, still no leggo. I at least saw it drop tonight. That has to mean I am getting closer right?

As of 9/12/2023, 13 kills on Heroic, 10 with the bad luck protection this is getting to be ridiculous. Does anyone know the increased chance? Is it 0.001% after each week?
Weekly update 9/21/23 kill I saw 2 drop this week, oh and insult to injury lost the roll on Call to Chaos trinket to an Hpal who was already wearing Ominous and Rashok's trinkets. Love it! Tune in next week... :/

2/20/24 Edit. What I dislike most about this leggo is the fact I got it so late in the patch that I only used it for a week or two if that... the worst part though? The fact you can't tmog it on anything else other than your evoker, even then you never see the thing except on login. The Fyrakk axe is able to be tmog to any toon that can use an axe. Furthering the point that this is the worst leggo to ever be put into the game. Can't wait to farm this POS again in season 4...

After 16 tries on Heroic so far, I still did not get it. Not sure how I am going to find any groups for this over the next weeks, but I guess I have to try. Not sure why they didn't boost the drop rate at least since the new patch is out already anyway and there are better weapons. Honestly not looking forward to doing this when there is almost no people anymore that will run this raid. Not really sure what they mean with "bad luck protection". I guess I can be happy if I don't have to do this 100 times.

Day 457: This item still hasn't dropped. I've ran Heroic Sarkareth every week since the boss was released and killed it on mythic about a dozen times.

STILL. NO. DROP.

I will never get this legendary.

Its 10.2 and this %^&* isn't even good anymore.. BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT.

since I wasn't able to get this last season, I now have to wait til each awakened week to come up for that specific raid to even attempt to farm it. feels pretty terrible
