One thing that I am surprised no one has mentioned yet.
For tailors, this recipe starts yellow and goes green at 350. If your lucky it might be worth using this to get 5 cheap levels if your guild bank, like mine, has plenty of cheap soul essence.

A few days ago I created 1 bolt of Soulcloth just to get my tailoring to 350 so I could start on Primal Mooncloth. The Soul Essence was cheap on the AH.

I went to sell the Soulcloth back on the AH and, since there were no other available, I set the price at a ridiculous 95g - and it sold! So if you have a lot of cheap Soul Essence available, depending on your server this can be a good moneymaker.

Had one of my m8's crafting a Cloak of Darkness. Bought the soul essence needed at AH for about 100 g....It's cheap, and there was loads on AH the day I needed it

Worth mentioning that even though the armor is no longer anything worthwhile for a leveling person, most of it looks absolutely stunning. As such, it can (and does) sell well for transmogs.

The cloth, therefore, can still be worth quite a bit, and the transmog pieces even more so.
