To take up less slots on the cast bar, I made a macro that accommodates Conjure Food, Water, and Ritual of Refreshment.

/cast Conjure Food
/cast Conjure Water
/cast Ritual of Refreshment

If you left click you conjure food,
if you right click you conjure water,
and if you click your mouse wheel you begin the ritual of refreshment.
