Another good person is Dolman Steelfury in Iron Forge. Never got a broken heart from him and I am 100% for this brew. Just turn on repair tracking, he is next to the bank.

To get 25 of these, I went from the gnome portal trainer to Brombar Higgleby to Dolman Steelfury and back to the portal guy... usually the heart has just respawned by the time you circle around and nobody has taken it.
