I didn't get one of these in my Box of Chocolates from the quest, the others but not this one. Is there any other way to get one?

Actually, they can be traded / sold.. I put some in my guild bank because I could not mail it.. Then I took it out with my Alt.

So the drop rate is LOW. Bought about 9 Box of Chocolates before I finally got one!

While this item has a seemingly high drop rate it is less likely to drop than the other 3 candies, making it a low drop rate.

Hate to burst everyone's bubbles' but I got mine on the first pop <3 much love :P
