le casier de poisson se trouve dans la grande casse (maison) dans le village, en haut du pont et les deux autres ce trouve en bas du pont, de l autre coté de la route, le village est coupé en deux par la route.

Where can I get this if I somehow lost the poison the apothecary gave me? I have no idea how it happened! I poisoned 2 of the meat racks, died once, came back for the third and suddenly I didn't have it anymore! I went back to the apothecary which didn't do anything for me and it's not sold at the auction house. How else can I get it? Or can I just not finish this quest?

If you lost the Poison d'apothicaire you have to head to back to Apothicaire Venustus at 72.6 31.5

Just drop the quest, accept it again and you will have the poison.

I am not sure why Blizzard made it so that it has limited charges, and so that you can use this multiple times on the same target, making it possible to not have enough charges to complete the quest. Especially considering that the quest giver is roughly 1000 yards away :-/
