The stats were just changed on these as of today I believe (02.13.07), they're now 12stam 14int, 37 spell crit, and 57 healing.

I have done extensive research on the topic of TBC bracers and as near as I can tell, these are currently (3.20.07) the best paladin bracers in the game. The stats exceed those of both the Whirlwind Bracers and the Bracers of Justice, both of which are from Karazhan.

The healing bonus is excellent, and the spell crit will give you ~.82% to crit with spells, a very useful stat in coherence with Illumination. The stam and int are somewhat lacking, but are made up for by the +heal and +crit.

These can be crafted fairly easily by a 365 blacksmith, I myself am now able to craft them on Firetree (Agentsmith), and I believe that for any dedicated paladin looking to raid or simply be a sufficient healer, these are the best bracers you can get at the moment.

Because of pvp gear upgrades, these plans and bracers are not worth nearly as much on most realms.

Most servers I've seen have been selling the plan for 800-1000g but the bracers themselves sell for upwards to 1700. The materials are also easy to come by with the new patch making Primal Nethers no longer bind on pickup.

A blacksmith with a 1000 gold on hand, can easily buy this and make back his initial investment by selling one or two of these, as they are always in demand.

FYI - This pattern still drops. I was clearing Escape from Durnholde (Heroic) today for some skins and it dropped off a trash mob.

Just had this drop off trash in mana-tombs heroic, which I am farming for consortium rep. (Kill the trash, skip the bosses, run out and reset).

It is listed on the AH for 350k gold. However, since there are two there (and it's bracers, which have little transmog value), I'm thinking they're not going to get that.
