i did this quest with 2 twinks (1 horde and 1 alliance) 2 days before 5.0 went live and got the quest item from the first infernal i killed. since the patch ive tried it with 2 other horde toons and killed about 50 infernals with each of them (a goblin rogue and BE pally) to no avail.

these are 3 GREAT rings for twinks... are they alliance only now as well or is it a glitch?
why does alliance have at least 1 better BiS item than horde does, for each class?

If this is not a glitch and was removed intentionally, from horde side only (last i heard it still drops for alliance), where can i find information on it when it happens? i read the patch notes and didnt see anything about removing quests.
